Cindy (Lockwood) Clift has lived in Walnut Creek, California all her
life. “I didn’t attend church as a child, but did open my home to “Young Life” meetings, but
more for the social part than the spiritual. That changed at a high school Young Life camp in Canada where my faith became
personal and I made the decision to become a Christian. From that point, I began studying the Bible, attending church,
and seeking God’s direction for my life. I met David at my grandparents’ church in Martinez where he was
an associate pastor.”
David Clift grew up in Concord,
California. “I didn’t like church as a child. It was boring and confusing. That changed when
our family was invited by a friend to a church where the message was clearly explained. It was not long before I made the
decision to become a Christian. By my senior year of high school I knew I should be a pastor. I feel very blessed to have
served and helped people for over 30 years. We are extremely grateful for our three daughters. We love living and ministering
in the Bay Area.”
